No. Club Matchology™ is not a traditional matchmaking service, and we do not assign you a match or promise to find you a partner.
Instead, we use Matchology™ — our approach to considering compatibility, preferences, life stage, and group chemistry — to intentionally create opportunities for relationship-minded singles to meet naturally in real life. You have access to your Club Experiences and Matchology™ Tables.
No. There are no timers, rotations, scorecards, or a series of rapid-fire mini-dates. A Matchology Table™ is an actual social experience. You sit down, have dinner, talk, laugh, and get to know the people at your Table naturally. The evening is designed to feel like a great dinner with people you were glad to meet — not an audition.
Every Matchology Table™ is intentionally composed. We consider factors such as age and life stage, relationship intentions, stated preferences, compatibility, and the overall chemistry of the Table. We are not simply filling empty seats or inviting everyone who happens to be available on the same night. That is the Matchology™ difference: we think carefully about who belongs in the room and why.
Requesting access is free. If you're accepted and your city is active, you'll be invited to enroll. At that point, the $100 annual enrollment and screening fee covers review, verification, background screening, and your confidential Club profile.
Club Access is $50/month and keeps you eligible for Matchology Tables™ and Club Experiences. Nothing is charged until you accept your invitation and complete enrollment. We don't believe you should pay to sit on a waiting list.
Matchology Tables™ are intentionally small, typically around five to eight guests.
We keep them small on purpose. A more intimate Table gives everyone room to participate in the conversation, notice one another, and make genuine connections without getting lost in a crowded event.
The exact number may vary depending on the composition of a particular Table.
There's no fixed calendar. Tables are created when we have the right composition of people in a city, so frequency grows as each city grows. Club Access doesn't guarantee a set number of Tables, invitations, introductions, or matches. We will never seat you just to say we did.
There is no charge to Request Access. If your application is accepted and Club Matchology™ is ready to activate you in your city, you will receive an invitation to enroll. Your $100 enrollment and screening fee and $50.00 Club Access begin only when you accept that invitation and complete enrollment. We do not believe you should pay simply to sit on a waiting list.
You are not charged because applying and joining are two different things. Before inviting you to enroll, we want to know that Club Matchology™ is a fit for you and that there is enough activity in your city for your Club Access to be meaningful. If your city is still developing, we would rather keep you on the interest list than begin charging you before we are ready to serve you.
Request Access anyway. Your application stays on file, and where interest builds helps decide where the Club goes next. You won't be charged until your city is ready for you.
Yes. An invitation is an opportunity, not an obligation, and declining one doesn't remove you from future consideration. If you accept and your plans change, let the Clubhouse Concierge know as soon as possible. Every Table is intentionally composed, so repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future invitations.
We look for restaurants and venues that support the experience: inviting atmosphere, good service, comfortable conversation, and an environment appropriate for a small, thoughtfully composed group. The goal is not simply to choose the most expensive restaurant in town. The setting should feel elevated enough to make the evening special and relaxed enough for people to actually connect. Specific locations are shared with invited guests before the experience.
Each guest pays for their own food, beverages, parking, transportation, and any other personal expenses associated with attending any dinner or event. Club Matchology™ creates and coordinates the experience; your individual restaurant bill is not included in Club Access. Whenever possible, we choose venues with menus offering a reasonable range of options so guests can order according to their own preferences and budget.
Think polished, confident, and appropriate for a great evening out. Specific guidance may be included with your invitation depending on the restaurant, venue, or experience. Unless otherwise noted, there is no need for formalwear. Come looking like yourself on a very good day.
Part of the Club Matchology™ experience is arriving without turning the evening into a pre-screening exercise based on photographs, résumés, or social-media searches. You will receive the information you need about the experience itself, but we generally keep the identities and personal details of other guests private before the Table. We ask every guest to extend that same discretion to others.
After your Table, you can privately tell us who you'd like to know better. If it's mutual, we connect you both. If it isn't, nothing happens: the other person is never told, and you're never told whom they chose.
No. Club Matchology™ does not guarantee a date, mutual interest, romantic connection, relationship, or match. What we do is intentionally create better opportunities for relationship-minded people to meet in real life. Attraction and chemistry cannot be manufactured or promised — and we would never pretend otherwise. We create the conditions for connection. What develops from there belongs to the two people involved.
Club Matchology™ uses an application, identity verification, and screening process before activating Club Access. Screening is designed to help us maintain a more intentional and accountable community, but no screening process can guarantee another person's character, conduct, intentions, background, or future behavior. Every member remains responsible for using good judgment, protecting their personal information, and making their own decisions about whom they choose to meet or date.
Former members may Request Access again, but reactivation is not automatic. Availability, city readiness, current Club composition, and eligibility at the time of your request will be considered. Depending on how long you have been away, updated information, verification, or screening may also be required before Club Access is reactivated.
Privacy and discretion are central to the Club Matchology™ experience.
Information submitted through your application and Club profile is used to evaluate your Request Access application, administer your Club participation, and help us consider appropriate Matchology Tables™ and Club experiences.
We do not provide other members with your application or confidential Club profile. If mutual interest occurs, we facilitate the connection rather than automatically distributing your private information.
